Acceptance

These terms govern your use of ByteOdyssey Games websites, pages, game information, lore guides, project descriptions, concept art, future playtests, and related communications. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

About ByteOdyssey

ByteOdyssey Games is a Version 6 LLC game publishing property for 2D, 3D, VR, browser, mobile, desktop, Steam, Epic Games Store, iOS, Google Play, Windows, macOS, WebXR, Meta Horizon Worlds, VRChat, Web3-enabled games, and related projects. Some content describes games in development or planned concepts and may change.

No Guarantee of Release

Development roadmaps, screenshots, lore, platform targets, token ideas, NFT features, release plans, and game mechanics are informational. They do not guarantee that a game, feature, platform release, marketplace, token integration, or VR world will launch or remain available.

Intellectual Property

Site content, game names, lore, artwork, designs, text, logos, concepts, and related materials are owned by Version 6 LLC, ByteOdyssey Games, or their licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, scrape, train models on, or exploit site content without permission except where allowed by law.

Submissions and Inquiries

If you send game pitches, artist concepts, assets, feedback, business inquiries, or other submissions, you confirm that you have the rights needed to send them. You grant Version 6 LLC permission to review, store, discuss, and respond to your submission. Do not send confidential material unless a separate written agreement is in place.

Game Services

Future games may have additional rules, end user license agreements, community standards, platform terms, store policies, refund rules, playtest agreements, and age restrictions. If those rules conflict with these terms for a specific game, the game-specific rules control for that game.

Web3, NFTs, and IMT

Any Web3, NFT, wallet, marketplace, card ownership, IMT, token, trading, pack, tournament prize, staking, or blockchain feature is experimental until formally launched under game-specific terms. Digital assets may fluctuate in value or lose value. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You are responsible for wallet security, transaction decisions, taxes, and compliance with local law.

Third-Party Platforms

ByteOdyssey projects may link to or depend on third-party platforms, including app stores, Steam, Epic Games Store, Meta Horizon Worlds, VRChat, blockchain networks, wallet providers, payment processors, cloud providers, and social platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and may change, suspend, or remove access.

Acceptable Use

You may not attack the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malware, scrape aggressively, impersonate others, interfere with security, infringe rights, harass others, or use the site or future services for illegal activity.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The site is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Version 6 LLC and ByteOdyssey Games disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, blockchain, wallet, marketplace, or platform-availability damages.
